Here’s an easy yet tasty way to jazz up your pork chops.

4 bone-in ribeye pork chops
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of fresh, chopped basil
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Mix your fresh, peeled garlic cloves & chopped basil leaves together.  Add your lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper and blend to make a thin wet rub.
Spread to both sides of your pork chops & leave to marinate for 15 – 30 mins.

Prepare a medium-hot grill. Brush the grate clean and oil the grate. Grill chops, over direct heat, around 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.

Serve with salad or sweet potatoes and vegetables.
